摘 要:D114柴油机曲轴原采用精加工后软氮化工艺,不仅主轴颈跳动难以达到图纸要求,而且曲轴综合性能不高,成为114柴油机发展的一大主要问题。圆角淬硬曲轴是柴油机曲轴的发展方向,但磨削后在主轴颈、连杆颈易产生表面烧伤及磨削裂纹等现象。本文主要介绍圆角淬火曲轴磨削工艺的攻关过程及解决方案。Adopting fine machining and then nitrogenizing technology for crankshaft of D114 diesel engingne, the main bearing journal run-out which is difficult to meet the requirement of the drawings, and comprehensive performance of crankshaft is not good. All these factors consist of a main problem of development of D114 diesel engine. Fillet hardening is the development trend for crankshaft. However, phenomenon of surface burning and grinding cracks is easy to occur on the parts of main bearing journal and crankpin journal. This article introduces the process and resolution to tackle these problems on fillet hardening and grinding technology for crankshaft.
