摘　　要：本文对从越南带回的炉排片进行了研究。通过化学成分和力学性能的试验,找出了造成炉排片变形及断裂的原因。其主要原因是运行时局部温度过高,另外铸造缺陷和安装不当也是造成炉排片断裂的原因。This article researches fire grate flakes taken from Viet Nan .Through chemical composition test and mechanical properties test, we find the causes of making fire grate flakes deformation and fracture which mainly result from local high temperature during operating .In addition , casting flaw and installing default was the causes of making fire grate fracture too.
