摘  要:在过去实验的基础上,对磁场作用下掺水乳化重油粘度的变化进行了系统的实验研究。实验结果表明,磁化后乳化重油的粘度与其温度、掺水率、磁化强度以及管道材质均有关。温度越高乳化油的粘度越小;掺水率越大,粘度越大,掺水率在10%~12 5%之间时较合理;不同种类的乳化重油在磁化后粘度变化是不同的,100号、200号燃料油的粘度随着磁化强度的增大而降低,兼顾粘度降低和成本两方面的因素,磁场强度在0.12~0.14T时较佳,长炼1号重渣油磁化后其粘度反而有所增加,而且场强越大,粘度的增加越多;磁化时采用不锈钢管比铁管要好。Based on the prior experimental studies,the influential factors are studied systematically before/after magnetization in various experimental conditions.It is found that the viscosity of EHO (emulsified heavyoil) is related to fuel type,the PWA (percentage of water added) in oil,temperature,magnetic strength and the tube material.The following results are obtained:the higher the temperature,the smaller the viscosity of EHO.The viscosity increases as the increase of PWA before/after magnetization,and the experimental results show that the rational value of PWA varies in the range from 10%00 to 12.5%00.The viscosity of No.100,No.200 oil decreases as the increase of magnetic strength,and CL.1 oil has the inverse tendency in view of energy consumption and the decreasing of viscosity.The effect is good when the rational value of magnetic strength at 0.12 T to 0.14 T.Using stainless steel tube has a better effect on the decreasing of viscosity than using iron tube.
