摘　　要：零星服毒是指贩毒分子采用化整为零的方法 ,把大宗毒品分装贩卖的行为。零星贩毒是贩毒的最后一道程序 ,隐藏性强、数量少、取证难、难以处理、危害性较大 ,是禁毒斗争的一项长期而又艰巨的任务。我们只有掌握其规律、特点 ,了解其社会危害 ,针对性的采取预防、控制和打击措施 ,才能有效打击此类犯罪 ,创造一个良好的社会环境。The sporadic drug-dealing is such a behavior to sell drug by ways of turning staple dealing into sporadic one. It is the last step on drug-dealing which is characteristic with secret, small quantity, difficulty on seeking evidences and deal with it, as well as great harmfulness, hence it's a long-term and arduous task for drug-control. Only controlling its regularities and characteristics, together with understanding its social harmfulness, therefore , to take measures to prevent, control and Crack-down on it, can we crack down on such kind of crimes effectively; can we bring about a good social environment.
