摘　　要：通过对一桩个案的剖析,从微观层面上展现了隐案形成的机理,强调我们在理解警务工作现状时,不应该只看到警察的业务素质和政治觉悟不高这些“症候”,更应该努力发掘“症结”,即环境中各种因素对警察的制约。This article reveals the course of fo rmation of dark finger at asubmicroscopic angle by an-glicizing a single -case.It also con cerns us to thatwe should not only pay attention to the symptoms of the unqualified things ofpoliceperson s' work -ability and political conscio usness,but also to the crux,that is,the limitation set to the police in re ality,when we look into thepresent working situations of the police.
