摘　　要：目的 :探讨醋柳黄酮片的体外溶出度。方法 :选用浆法 ,溶媒为水 :异丙醇 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,溶出量采用紫外分光光度法测定。结果 :该药 4批样品 90min溶出量均在 90 %以上。结论Objective:To study the dispersive in vitro of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets. Methods:A paddle formed a blade and a shaft was used as the stirring element. Aqua distillata: iso propylalcohol(60∶40) were used as a solvent. The dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results:The average dissolution of four batches of this drug exceeded the marker amount by 90% in 90 minutes. Conclusion: This method is good for the determination of dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets.
