摘 要:目的 :建立大承气颗粒剂 (大黄、枳实、厚朴和芒硝 )中辛弗林含量的HPLC测定方法。方法 :采用E .MerckLiChrospher 10 0RP 18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (含 0 .18%磷酸 ,0 .2 2 %十二烷基硫酸钠 ) (5 5∶4 5 ) ,在 2 74nm波长处检测。结果 :辛弗林在 0 .14 μg~ 1.5 4 μg范围内呈线性关系 ,r =0 .9998;平均加样回收率为 98.1% ,RSD =2 .1% (n=5 )。结论 :该方法结果准确 ,重现性好 。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of synephrine in Dachengqi Granules (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Natrii Sulfas). Methods: A E. Merck LiChrospher 100RP 18 column was /used. The mobile phase was methanol water (contained 0.18% H 3PO 4 and 0.22% C 12 H 25 SO 4Na) (55∶45). The detection wavelength was at 274nm.Results: The linear range of synephrine was 0.14μg~1.54μg, r =0.9998. The average recovery was 98.1%, RSD =2.1% ( n =5).Conclusion: The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of synephrine in Dachengqi Granules.
