复方水蛭口服液质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立复方水蛭口服液 (水蛭 ,三七等 )的质量控制标准。方法 :运用薄层色谱鉴别水蛭、三七 ,薄层扫描法测定复方水蛭口服液中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。结果 :该法回收率为 97.4 5 % ,RSD =1.78%。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果准确、重现性好 。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Compound Leech Oral Liquor (Hirudo, Radix Notoginseng, etc).Methods: Using TLC to identify Leech、Panax Notoginsen and TLCS to determinate the ginsenoside Rg 1 content.Results: The recovery of this method was 97.45%, and RSD was 1.78% ( n =6).Conclusion: The methods was simple. The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. These methods can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
