摘　　要：目的:探讨颅骨成形有关技术的科学性。方法:总结223例手术体会,结合文献,剖析手术技术问题。结果:不同的手术方式及成形材料各有其适应症,并发症主要与术者的操作技术有关。结论:只要按照牢固、美观和不损伤脑组织的原则选择手术方法,都是可取的,均须仔细操作。Objective: To discuss the scientific techniques of cranioplasty. Methods: The experience of operations of 223 cases were reviewed. The problems about surgical technique were analyzed referring to literature. Results: The operational method and plastic material were all decided according to individual conditions. Complications of operation were mainly related to the surgical procedure. Conclusions: As long as the operational methods were chosen according to the doctrine of firmly fixation, beautiful outlook and cerebral tissue intact, each method or material selected is reasonable. But each procedure of operation should be performed carefully.
