经血宁胶囊治疗月经过多和产后恶露不绝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察经血宁胶囊对妇女月经过多和产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法 :将120例月经过多和120例产后恶露不绝患者进行随机分组 ,其中月经过多者治疗组和对照组各60例 ,产后恶露不绝者治疗组和对照组各60例。各治疗组给予口服经血宁胶囊 ,每次2粒 ,1日4次 ;各对照组给予口服云南白药胶囊每次2粒 ,1日4次。7天为1疗程。结果 :月经过多患者治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7 %和88.3% (P>0.05) ;产后恶露不绝患者治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81.7 %和80.0% (P>0.05)。结论 :经血宁胶囊具有祛瘀止血之功效 ,对妇女血瘀引起的月经过多。Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of Jingxuening Capsule on menorrhagia and postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods: 120 cases with menorrhagia and 120 cases with postpartum lochiorrhea were randomly selected and then 120 cases of menorrhagia were divided at random into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each, and so were the 120 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea. The treatment groups were given Jingxuening Capsule, while the control groups were given Yunnan Baiyao Capsule, 2 capsules each time, 4 times a day. The treatment course lasted 7 days. Results: The total effective rates in the menorrhagia case in the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 88.3% respectively (P>0.05), while those in the postpartum lochiorrhea groups were 81.7% and 80.0%(P>0.05). Conclusions: Jing-xuening Capsule can remove stasis and stop bleeding with obvious curative effect on menorrhagia and postpartum lochiorrhea caused by blood stasis.
