非洛地平与美多心安合用对老年高血压左室肥厚及左室舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨非洛地平与美多心安合用的抗高血压疗效及其对左室肥厚及心功能的影响.[方法]观察43例老年高血压左室肥厚患者服药前及服药后6个月、12个月血压、心率及左室肥厚、心功能的变化.[结果]①治疗后6个月、12个月收缩压、舒张压均明显下降(P＜0.05);②治疗后心率减慢(P＜0.05);③治疗后6个月PWT、LVDd、LVCT均有明显减少(P＜0.05),12个月时LVST、PWT、LVMI减少更明显(P＜0.01);④A峰下降、E峰、E/A比值明显升高(P均＜0.01).[结论]非洛地平与美多心安合用可有效降低血压,逆转左室肥厚,改善心功能.ObjectivesTo study the antihypertensive efficacy of plendil combined with metoprolol and their effects on left ventricular hypertro-phy and cardiac function.MethodsChanges in blood pressure(BPp),heart rate(HR) ,left ventricular weight and the status of cardiac function in forty-three el derly patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy were observed befo re and six,twelve months after combined administration of plendil plus metoprol ol in43aged patients.Results①Six and twelve months after treatment ,the ir HR,systolic BP(SBP)and diastolic BP(DBP)significantly decreased(P<0. 01or0.05);②Six months after treatment ,PWT.LVDd and LVST significantl y decreased(P<0.05);while after12months their PWT.LVDd.and LVMI als o significantly decreased(P<0.01);③Peak velocity A,peak velocity E and peak velocity E/A ratio were improved distinctly(P<0.01).Conclusion Oral ad-ministration of plendil combined with metoprolol can serve as a usefu l approach for the effective treatment of hypertension,reversion of left vent ricular hypertrophy and improvement of cardiac function.
