摘　　要：目的 :提高对强直性脊柱炎 (AS)脊柱外表现的认识。方法 :回顾性分析了 35例住院确诊为AS的脊柱外表现。结果 :AS除了脊柱病变外 ,还可以有外周关节、心、眼、肾、神经、肌肉及全身表现。以外周关节表现为主是AS误诊的主要原因。肾脏、肺、髋关节受累可能提示预后不良。结论Objective:To enhance the understanding of the extraspinal manifestation of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:Thirty-five AS in-patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Except for spinal manifestation,peripheral joints,heart,eye,kidney,nervous system,muscles are also involved,Prominent manifestation of peripheral joints is the main cause for misdiagnosis of AS,The damage of kidney,lung and hip joint may indicate bad prognosis.Conclusion:The extraspinal manifestation of ankylosing spondylitis should be emphasized in clinical practice.
