摘　　要：目的 :了解粒细胞的临床输注价值和利与弊 ;方法 :采用人工采集和机器采集白 (粒 )细胞两种方法 ,每次输注粒细胞大于 1× 10 10 个 ,连续输注 4～ 7d ;结果 :两种方法 ,虽然机器优于人工法 ,但输注效果两种方法采集的粒细胞均不理想 ;结论 :患者不到万不得已 。Objective:To understand the advantages and disadvantages and the Value of clinical transfusion concentrate granulocye.Methods:Using the method of manmade and machine to collect concentrate granulocye,each transfusion granulocye quantity>1×10 10 .Continuous transfuson 4～7days.Results:Though machine method excels man-made method.But All curative effect of transfusion are not ideal.Conlusion:Patient do not need transfusion of granulocyte unless abolutely neccessary.
