摘 要:目的 探讨苯那普利对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)患者细胞外基质(ECM)成分的抑制作用。 方法 60例MsPGN患者分成一般治疗组和苯那普利治疗组 ,治疗前后采用放射免疫法检测血清层粘蛋白(Laminin,LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(CollagenⅣ,ColⅣ)水平并比较各组差异。结果 MsPGN患者血清LN、ColⅣ水平高于正常对照组(均P<0.01)。苯那普利能下调MsPGN患者血清LN和ColⅣ水平(治疗前后比较均P<0.01) ,而一般治疗组治疗前后血清LN、ColⅣ水平差别均无显著性意义 (均P>0.05)。结论 苯那普利可能具有通过减少LN、ColⅣ的产生或促进其降解而抑制ECM沉积的作用。Objective To explore the inhibition effect of benazepril on various components of mesangial extracellular matrix (ECM) in patients with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN).Methods Sixty patients with MsPGN diagnosed by renal biopsy were randomly divided into control group which was treated with conventional method and benazepril group which was treated with benazepri. Blood laminin(LN) and collagen Ⅳ(ColⅣ) were assessed by radioimmunoassay (RIA) before and after treatment to observe the differences of two groups.Results The mean level of blood LN and ColⅣ in MsPGN patients were markedly higer than that in healthy persons(P<0.01). Blood LN and ColⅣmarkedly decreased in benazepril group (P<0.01) and but there were no changes in control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Benazepril might inhibit the deposition of ECM by reducing production of LN and ColⅣ or by increasing degradation of them.
