农业科技示范园建设的政府定位与产权设置

摘　　要：建设农业科技示范园是新形势下发展我国现代农业的有益尝试 ,本文阐述了在过去的建设过程中出现的政府角色错位、产权设置模糊的现象及其表现和影响 ,分析了其产生的原因 ,并从明确政府定位、明晰产权的角度出发 。Agri science demonstration farm is a new experiment in the modern agriculture of our country. The wrong part played by government and vague property right arrangement are discussed in terms of their manifestations, influences and causes. Policy suggestions on its healthy development are offered from the perspectives of defining government's role and clarifying property right arrangement.
