摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液净化疗法(CBP)对多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者的临床疗效。方法采用BaxterBM25连续性血液净化系统进行前稀释法连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过,置换液配方成份有:0.9%生理氯化钠、注射用水、5%碳酸氢钠、10%氯化钙或10%葡萄糖酸钙、25%硫酸镁,10%氯化钾及5%葡萄糖。根据患者血液生化及酸碱平衡情况配制个体化置换液。结果在CBP治疗过程中,患者平均动脉压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度等生命体征平稳,水、电解质、酸碱平衡稳定,氮质血症显著改善,C-反应蛋白显著降低。结论CBP技术具有较好的血流动力学稳定性,在持续、稳定调控水电解质及酸碱平衡的同时清除各种代谢产物和炎症介质,维持机体内环境稳定,有利于控制感染和肾功能的恢复,从而提高了危重病人的抢救成功率。] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of continue blood purification(CBP) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS). Methods CBP therapy based on a Baxter BM25 system was used to treat patients who underwent MODS. Pre-dilution form continue venous-venous hemofiltration was the main treatment modality. Replacement fluid was prepared with injection preparation:0.9% saline,injection water,5% sodium bicarbonate,10% calcium chloride or calcium gluconate,25% magnesium sulfate,10% potassium chloride and 5% glucose solution. The concentration of the electrolytes were modulated based on the acid-base balance and serum biochemistry analysis results. Results CBP treatment led to improvement in vital signs of the patients and did good to the maintenances of hemostasis status of the water,electrolytes,and acid-base balance. Moreover,CBP treatment helped to improve uremia and decrease serum C reactive protein (CRP). Conclusion CBP treatment is effective for MODS and will help improve vital signs of the patients and maintain the hemostasis status of the water,electrolytes,and acid-base balance.
