摘  要:通过实验,对比二氧化硫气体在不同基础油中的溶解程度及对化学防护性能的影响,筛选出研制油的基础油;研制过程结合螺杆压缩机油使用性能要求、添加剂与复合基础油感受性,确定使用的添加剂为清净剂、分散剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、抗泡剂和抗乳化剂等,进行合理分析,确定不同功能型添加剂的加入量;在进行全配方设计过程中,针对全配方性能考核指标特点,将熵权法和主成分分析法结合,对样本数据赋权,应用模糊综合评判模型,选出综合性能较好的方案,以此为指导,加快研制油的研制进程。The sulfur dioxide gas dissolution degree in different based oils and the its influencing to performance of chemical are compared through experiment,and the base oil is selected.During the process of development,combined with the requirements of the using performance of screw compressor oil and the susceptibility between additives and the compounded base oil,the additives are determined,including detergents additive,dispersants additive,corrosion inhibitors,antioxidants,extreme pressure-antiwear additive,anti-foam additive,anti-emulsifying additive,etc..The amounts of different functional additives are determined through experiments and rational analysis.During the design process of lubricate formula for sulfur dioxide screw compressor,concerning the problem about lubricate performance requirements containing many aspects,the combination of entropy method and principal components analysis are used to determine each data weight,thus the optimal scheme can be selected by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.It will accelerate the development the oil.
