摘　　要：高校学生会之所以存在一方面是作为学生自治组织,为同学们服务;而另一方面也是锻炼培养学生干部的组织办事能力,所以高校学生会中干部队伍的建设是学生会工作的一个重要环节。本文中,以哈尔滨工程大学人文学院学生会为例,介绍院学生会发展现状以及问题,并提出相应解决措施,以分析高校学生会发展的现实意义同时促进学生会更好的发展。College students exists on the one hand as a student government organization to serve the students,while on the other hand,it is organizational competence of training student leaders. Therefore,the construction of student union cadres is an important part of student work in higher vocational colleges. Taking Harbin Engineering University Students' Union as an example,this paper has introduced the current status and problems of Student Union development to propose appropriate solutions in order to promote the better development of student union while realizing the practical significance on student union development.
