关于高职院校开展朋辈心理辅导的探析——以阿坝师专为例

摘　　要：近年来,90后大学生的心理健康问题越来越突出,传统的心理健康教育模式已经无法满足当前大学生的需要,许多高校引进了朋辈心理咨询服务作为心理健康教育的新举措,更好地解决了大学生的心理问题。本文概述了朋辈心理辅导的含义,分析了阿坝师专实施朋辈心理辅导的必要性,并探索出符合我校学生心理特点而建立的朋辈心理互助模式。As the mental health problem of the 90s'generation college students has become prominent,the traditional model of the psychological health education has been inadequate now,which forces many universities to resort to a better way to help their students out of their mental problems.Peer counseling as a new measure for mental health problem just serves the pur-pose.This article briefly introduces the features of peer counseling and analyzes the necessity of launching peer counseling in order to establish a mutual assistance model in accordance to the characteristics of the students in Aba Teacher's College.
