摘　　要：德国应用科学大学是德国培养高层次应用型人才的摇篮基地,在应用性科研和实践性教学等方面具有鲜明的特点,本文以德国代根多夫应用科技大学为例,以培养学生创新实践能力为视角,从可操作层面为我国高职院校的创新人才模式改革寻求路径建议,探索创新人才培养模式的精髓。German University of Applied Sciences is the cradle base of training high -level application -oriented talents in Germany.It has distinctive features in terms of research and teaching.Through the research to Deggendorf University of Ap-plied Sciences in Germany with the perspective of cultivating innovative and practical ability,this paper seeks the path of re-form on innovative training mode to explore the essence of it from the operational level in higher vocational colleges.
