责任感视阈下大学生艰苦奋斗精神淡薄的原因及对策

摘　　要：在现代化飞速发展的今天,伴随物质财富的丰盈,艰苦奋斗精神受到了挑战,特别是在大学生这个群体中。因此,本文从责任感角度出发,分析了责任感对艰苦奋斗精神的影响,从而得出大学生艰苦奋斗精神淡薄的根源是责任感的淡化,最后提出强化大学生艰苦奋斗精神的对策,即通过大学生自身、家庭、学校、社会的共同努力培养大学生的责任感。Today with the rapid development of modernization,along with the rich material wealth,the arduous struggle spirit has been challenged,especially in the group of college students.Therefore,from the perspective of the sense of responsibility, this paper makes the analysis of the influence of the sense of responsibility to the arduous struggle spirit,thus it is concluded that the root cause of college student's spirit of hard struggle become indifferent is the desalination of the sense of responsibility. It finally puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the arduous struggle the spirit of college students,namely,traln-ing college students'sense of responsibility through the joint efforts of themselves,family,college and society.
