摘　　要：自从TD-SCDMA标准提交并获得国际电联和3GPP接纳以来,这个具有自主知识产权的中国版本的3G标准一直为人们所关注.和全球3G发展的情况类似,TD-SCDMA也一度处于徘徊和低落的状态.近日,关于TD-SCDMA的利好消息不断传来,重新唤回了人们对于TD-SCDMA的信心.TD-SCDMA, the Chinese version SG with self-owned IPR, has remained the focal concern of the people ever sinee the standard was submitted and approved by ITU and 3GPP. TD-SCDMA experienced sluggishness and even downturn, as the case of other global 3G standards. Recently, good news about TD-SCDMA has come one after another, and consequently confidence is re-aroused among the people, Mll issued Notice on the Spectrum Planning of the 3G Public Mobile Communication Systems on October 23 (DOC. 479), which provides the spectrum planning of the 3G public mobile communication systems. In this planning, 155 Spectrum is allocated to the TDD-mode TD-SGDMA, among which 55M is the core band of ITU; only 60M symmetrical band is allocated to the FDD-mode WCDMA and CDMA2000. Right after the 3.G-spectrum allocation, the TD-SCDMA industrial Alliance was announced to launch officially in Beijing. By this moment, the 3G standard owned by the Chinese people--TD-SCDMA took a decisive step into the industrialization stage.
