摘　　要：通过对戚墅堰机车车辆厂在其研制的东风9、东风11型机车上相继安装MS— 4型和MS— 4A型轴温监测仪、根据实际运用情况对报警限值作适当的调整以及因使用轴温监测仪而避免了重大事故的发生等一系列情况的阐述 ,肯定了轴温检测的必要性 ,并建议进一步改进检测方法、调整报警标准 。The consecutive installation of MS 4 and MS 4A axle temperature detectors in DF 9 and DF 11 locomotives developed by Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, the appropriate adjustment of alarm threshold based on the actual application and the avoidance of a series of major failures by using axle temperature detectors showed the necessity of axle temperature detection. To further improve detection methods and adjust alarm standards were suggested to realize safe detection.
