摘 要:本试验旨在研究产植酸酶芽孢杆菌对艾维茵肉鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和肠道菌群的影响。选取240只1日龄健康艾维茵肉鸡,随机分4组,每组20只,3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础饲粮中分别添加终浓度为1.0×106、1.0×107和1.0×108 CFU/g的产植酸酶芽孢杆菌制剂,试验期为42 d。结果表明,在1~42日龄时,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。产植酸酶芽孢杆菌对肉鸡的免疫器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验组与对照组相比均有提高趋势,其中试验Ⅱ组免疫器官指数最高。21日龄时,试验Ⅱ组肠道乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),各试验组的大肠杆菌数量均极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01);42日龄时,各试验组的乳酸杆菌数量极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),各试验组的双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组的大肠杆菌数量极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可知,饲料中添加一定量的产植酸酶芽孢杆菌具有提高艾维茵肉鸡的生产性能、免疫器官指数和改善肠道菌群的作用,其中按1×107 CFU/g剂量添加效果最好。This experiment was conducted to investi gate the effects of phytase producing Bacillus on the production performance,immune organ index and intestinal microbiota in avain broiler. A total of 240 one-day old broiler chicken were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 chicken per group and, 3 replicates. Control group(Group) were fed the basal diet,the test group(GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) were fed with the basal diet and different dose of Bacillus(1.0×106 CFU / g,1.0×107 CFU / g,1.0×108CFU / g) respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follow : Compared with the control group, the average daily gain in group Ⅰand Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed / weight ratio of broilers in group Ⅱwere significantly decreased(P<0.05) during day 1 to 42. There was an increasing trend in the immune organ index between experimental groups and the control group,and the immune organ index in group Ⅱ was highest,but there were no significant differences in all groups(P>0.05). On day 21,compared with the control group,the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the intestinal of group Ⅱwere significantly increased(P<0.01),and the number of E. coli in the intestinal of all test groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01). On day 42,compared with the control group,the number of lactobacillus in the intestinal of all test groups were significantly increased(P <0.01),the number of Bifidobacterium in the intestinal of all test groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of E. coli in the intestinal of all test groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01). The results suggest that supplementing a certain amount of phytase producing Bacillus to fodder can increase the production performance and immune organ index,improve the intestinal microbiota, and the optimum added dose was 1.0×107CFU / g.
