摘　　要：随着社会的进步,人们的生活水平有了大幅度的提高;但是犯罪案件却仍然存在,而且抢劫、强奸等恶性案件仍时有发生;很多这种恶性犯罪案件发生后,当事人或群众没有及时的报案,或犯罪现场不具备及时有效的报案条件,错过了黄金的报案时间,导致不能及时地抓捕犯罪嫌疑人,有可能导致此嫌疑人会继续作案,给人们的生命财产造成进一步的威胁及损失。基于此,本设计提出一种以FPGA为核心控制器件的街边固定身份识别报警系统。With the progress of the society, people's standard of living has improved greatly; But there is still a crime, and robbery, rape and other malignant cases still happen; Many after the occurrence of the vicious crimes, the parties concerned or the masses not timely report, or a crime scene does not have the timely and effective reporting conditions, missed the gold report time, lead to fail to catch the criminal suspect, likely to lead to the suspect will continue to commit crime, to people's life and property caused by the threat of further and losses. Based on this, this design with FPGA as the core control device of street fixed identity alarm system.
