摘  要:以正丁基锂为引发剂的丁二烯聚合反应中,用顺、反-二环己基-18-冠-6,18-冠-6为微观结构控制剂,将聚丁二烯中乙烯侧基 1,2-加成链节由 10%左右提高到 70%左右。实验表明,下列冠醚对调节聚丁二烯微观结构不起作用:苯并-12-冠-4,苯并-15-冠-5,4’-甲基-苯并-15-冠-5,二苯并-18-冠-6和二苯并-24冠-8。Some crown ethers were used as microstructure controllers in polymerization of butadiene with n-butyl-lithium as initiator and hexane as solvent. It was found that dicyclohexyl-18-croWn-6(DCHE)greatly increased the content of vinyl branch chains in butadiene polymer; the cis-anti cis-DCHE was more effective in controlling microstructure than the syn-isomer, when its concentration was 18×10-3 mMol/gram of C4H6, a content of 1,2-addition chains of 67% was obtained. 18-crown-6 was different from 15-crown-5 and dibenZo-18-croWn-6 in that it increased the 1,2-addition chains up to 70.4% at a lower concentration of 9.3×10-3 mMol/ gram of C4H6, but the yield of polymer was only about 20%. And it was also found that the following crown ethers could not be used as micro-structure controllers for butadiene polymers, i.e., benzo-12-crown-4, 4'-methyl-benZo-15-crown-5, di-benZo-18-crown-6 and di-benzo-24-crown-8, as well as benzo-15-crown-5.
