摘　　要：目的 :研究鲨鱼软骨制剂 ( SCP)对人结肠癌细胞生长、抑制效应 ,探讨其抗癌作用机制。方法 :用不同浓度的 SCP加入体外培养的人结肠癌细胞 ( THC890 8)中 ,观察加药后细胞生长和有丝分裂指数 ( MI)的变化 ;用 MTT法检测其细胞毒作用 ;Hoechst3 3 3 42 /PI荧光双染色方法检测细胞凋亡。结果 :SCP明显抑制 THC890 8细胞生长 ;IC50 值为 1mg/ml;MI于加药后 48小时较对照组明显降低 ;凋亡细胞比例在用药后 48小时达 78.85 %。结论Objective: To study the effects and its mechanism of Shark cartilage preparation(SCP) on human colonic cancer cells line proliferation. Methods: We added SCP of different concentrations into the medium in which the cells were cultured in vitro. The changes of cell proliferation were assessed by Mi end cell growth number. Cytoxicity was detected by MTT, The number of apoptotic cells was quantitatively assessed by Hoechs33342/PI fluorescent light microscope. Results: The cell growth was remarkably inhibited by SCP. The IC50 values of SCP for THC8908 cells was 1 mg/ml. After 48h of exposure to SCP, MI was remarkably reduced, the rate of Apoptotic cells was increased. Conclusion: The ability of THC8908 cell proliferation was remarkably inhibited by SCP.
