白花蛇舌草胶囊主要化学成分的鉴别及含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对白花蛇舌草胶囊进行定性定量方法的研究。方法 :用高效液相法 ( HPL C)对处方中丹参主要活性成分之一丹参酮 A 进行定量和定性测定 ,对白花蛇舌草中的齐墩果酸进行薄层色谱 ( TL Cs)鉴定。结果 :用所建立的 HPL C法测定三批次样品丹参酮 A的含量分别为 0 .0 3 64 % ,0 .0 3 60 % ,0 .0 3 73 %。 TL Cs能够专属地鉴别白花蛇舌草内的齐墩果酸。结论 :本文采用的方法灵敏、简单。objective: To study the method to identify and determine the quality of Herba Hedyofis Capsule. Method: Danshinone IIA which is one of the active compound of the prescription was determined and identified by HPLC, also the main compound of Oldenlandia diffusa, olenerdc acid was identified with TLCs. Results: Using the methods of HPLC established in our paper, concentration of danshinone IIA was 0.0364%, 0.0360%, 0.0373% respectively. So the methods were specific to identify olenenic acid in Herba Hedyotis. Conclusion: The methods were sensitive, simple, specific.
