变应性疾病与慢性支气管炎病人变应原疫苗皮内试验结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析变应原疫苗皮内试验结果与支气管哮喘等变应性疾病和慢性支气管炎的关系,比较不同变应原疫苗皮内试验的阳性率在我院门诊变应性疾病病人中的分布情况。方法对1257例接受变应原疫苗皮内试验病人的病史、一般情况、皮试结果进行登记和分析。结果变应性疾病组皮试阳性率高于慢性支气管组(1030/1115,92.4%;40/142,28.2%),差异有统计学意义(x2=24.73P<0.001)。变应原疫苗皮内试验阳性率以尘螨、桑蚕丝、多价昆虫、多价兽毛为高。结论变应原疫苗皮内试验是诊断和治疗变应性疾病的主要依据之一,不仅可以作为变应性疾病的特异性诊断方法,还可用于某些非变应性疾病(如慢性喘息性支气管炎)的鉴别诊断。Objective To analyze the relation be-tween the result of allergenic vaccine skin test(AVST)and chronic bronchitis,bronchial asthma and other allergic disease.Compare the positive ratio of different allergenic vaccine skin test.Methods Registered and analyzed the history,general stat,test result of1257cases who had AVST.Results The positive rates of allergic disease were higher than chronic bronchitis'(1030/1115,92.4%;40/142,28.2%).The difference is significant (x 2 =24.73P<0.001).The positive rate of AVST with Mite,Silk,Insect,Hair was high.Conclusion AVST is the main evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease.It has important significance to i-dentify inductive factor,prevent and treat allergic disease.
