摘  要:目的 本文选用猪 -新生猴心脏移植模型 ,来研究γ射线全身照射对中国猕猴T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 实验行猪 -猴异种腹腔异位心脏移植。动物分为两组 ,空白组 :受体不作任何处理。照射组 :于心脏移植前30天 (d - 30 ) ,接受6 0 Co 3GY全身剂量 ,余同空白组。结果 照射后一周 ,淋巴细胞下降至最低水平 (9.2 % ) ,且此时CD4、CD8水平降到最低 ,CD4水平为照射前的 42 % ,CD8水平为照射前的 2 4 % ,MLR刺激效应较同期空白组有所下降 (P <0 .0 5)。存活时间照射组较空白组延长 (P <0 .0 5)。结论  1 ) 3GY的全身照射能迅速清除外周血中的大多数淋巴细胞 ,且对机体影响相对较小。 2 )中国猕猴CD8+T细胞对γ射线的照射更为敏感。 3)Objective Validation of pig to monkey as an experimental animal model for the study of the influence of whole-body γ-radiation on the immune system of T cells.Methods In this experiment, pig and monkey were, respectively, selected as donor and recipient. Donor and recipient were divided randomly into two groups. The blank group(group A): recipients didn't accept any treatments but heart xenotransplantation;Whole body irradiation(WBI) group(group B): received 3 Gy( 60 Co) WBI on d-30 before transplantation, the other treatments were the same as group A ; The evolution of the lymphocyte and its subsets CD4,CD8 count was followed for up to 14 days after irradiation in pigs exposed to whole body γ radiation at dose 3 Gy. The mixed lymphocyte culture was applied before WBI and after one week and two weeks.Results Compared with the pre-irradiation levels, the lymphocyte and its subsets CD4,CD8 count showed a significant decrease after irradiation, especially CD8 T cell. The results of MLC stated stimulating effect after 1 week of irradiation decreased notablely compared with the pre- irradiation levels . The survival time of donor heart in group B was longer than group A.Conclusion WBI at dose 3 Gy could clean most of the lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and its injury was limited. The CD8 T cell is more sensible to the irradiation just as in human. The irradiation in recipient exposed to whole-body γ-radiation is an effectable second means to induce immunity tolerance.
