局部动态法核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨局部动态法放射性核素显像 (rdRNV)诊断下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法　利用SPECT对 2 97例可疑下肢深静脉血栓患者进行99mTc -MAArdRNV检查。结果　rdRNV诊断中央型下肢深静脉血栓及周围型下肢深静脉血栓的灵敏度分别为 97 1 %、87 5 % ,特异性分别为 95 0 %、89 3 %。结论　rdRNV简便、无创、短期内可重复进行 。Objective To study the clinical value of Regional Dynamic Radionuclide Venography (rdRNV) using 99m Tc-MAA for evaluation of patients with deep vein thrombus.Methods 297 patients with suspected deep vein thrombus underwent rdRNV using 99m Tc-MAA.Results The sensitivity and specificity of rdRNV in diagnosing central/surrounding type deep vein thrombus were 97 1%, 95 0% and 87 5% , 89 3%, respectively.Conclusion The rdRNV using 99m Tc-MAA is of fairly high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing central/surrounding type deep vein thrombus.
