摘　　要：目的:了解血液成分单采术的临床意义.方法:应用血液成分单采术及临床传统治疗方法治疗16例血液系统和自身免疫性疾病.结果:白细胞单采术后白细胞下降17.0%,血红蛋白12.2%,血小板23.0%,外周造血干细胞采集量为5.36×108/kg,血浆置换后球蛋白下降14.0%,肌酐31.5%.结论:血液成分单采术是一种快速、有效、安全的治疗方法.Objective: To sduty the clinical value of hemopheresis. Methods: A clinical trial was conducted in 16 cases of autoimmune system and hematologic system with hemopheresis and classical therapy. Results: Leukocytes, hemoglobins, and thrombocyte dropped 17.0% , 12.2% , and 23.0% respectively after the therapy of hemopheresis, the amount of collected peripheral blood stem cell was 5. 36 ?
