摘　　要：目的:小切口提额提眉术是近10余年来发展起来的除皱新技术。我们研究了一种连续埋线缝合小切口提额提眉术。方法:通过头皮内2个小切口在帽状腱膜下层分离额部及部分头皮毛发区,向上牵拉升额部与眉部皮肤。沿发际缘连续埋线缝合固定头皮与骨膜。结果:21例受术者均达到提额提眉、减少额部皱纹的美容效果。未发生严重并发症。结论:该术式创伤小、恢复快,提额提眉效果确切可靠,值得进一步推广应用。Objective: The forehead and brow lift with small incisions is a new technique in last 10 years. We studied a method of the forehead and brow lift with continue buried sutures. Methods: Dissection was under the subgalea plane in the forehead and partial scalp areas. The skin of forehead and brow areas were pulled up. The subcutaneous, galea and periosteum were fixed with continue buried sutures. Results: 21 cases got the good aesthetic result without any severe complications. Conclusion: The technique has advantages  smaller scars, less morbidity and more reliable forehead fixation.
