摘  要:针对石门电厂300MW机组,对调峰过程中各部件的安全可靠性进行分析,评估其使用寿命能否满足运行要求。试验结果表明,在正常运行时,对于不同最大温度变化率及滑压负荷变化率,各部件寿命均满足使用要求;在变负荷调峰阶段,采用低温度变化率以及合理控制升降负荷速率,能够减少机组寿命损耗;在低负荷运行时,采用高压能够提高锅炉水循环稳定性。建议采用大切角的正方形炉膛结构等方式提高水循环可靠性,以及应用合理控制升降负荷速率等方法提高汽包的安全性。Aiming at the 300 MW unit of Shimen power plant,the safety and reliability of the components in the process of peak shaving are analyzed,and the service life of each component is evaluated to meet the operational requirements. The test results show that the service life of each component can meet the requirements for different maximum temperature change rate and sliding load change rate during normal operation. Low temperature change rate and reasonable control of load rising and falling rate can reduce the unit life loss during peak shaving of variable load,and the high pressure can improve the stability of water circulation in boiler under low load operation. It is suggested to use the square furnace structure with large tangential angle to improve the reliability of water circulation,and to improve the safety of drum by means of the reasonable control of load rising and falling rate and so on.
