摘　　要：在综述了人类优生伦理学问题表现的基础上 ,运用“生物进化”与“文化进化”比较研究的方法 ,论述了人类优生伦理学问题的起源 。In the paper, on the basis of summing up ethic questions of human eugenics,we are discussing upon the origin of ethic questions of human eugenics by the comparative method of studying between biological evolution and cultural evolution,furthermore talk over some corresponding strategy.
