摘　　要：目的探讨含人发角蛋白的真皮类似物植入体内后的真皮基质修复过程。方法将两种活性皮肤替代物植入大鼠皮下,于术后不同时间点取出植入物及其周围组织,作常规组织学、VG染色、醛复红弹性纤维染色及网状纤维染色观察。结果术后4d,成纤维细胞迁入,在人发角蛋白组可见细小的网状纤维,至术后10d新生血管形成,仍可见网状纤维分布于血管周围;术后2周,创缘周围形成胶原纤维;至3周,胶原纤维在移植块内形成,将移植块分割包绕。移植块内弹性纤维的出现最早为术后6周。但在对照组,3种纤维的形成慢、少,且常局限于创缘。结论组织学的结果提示人发角蛋白能促进真皮组织的再生。Objective To explore the architecture of extracellular matrix in the grafts when the collagen dermal substitutes with or without human hair keratin(HHK) were grafted subcutaneously in rats. Methods The graft and neighbouring tissue were taken at day 4,7, 10,and at week 2,3,4,6 post-operation and were observed with method of VG stain, elastin stain, and Gordon-Sweet stain to detect collgenous fiber,elastic fiber and reticular fiber. Results At day 4 post-grafting, fibroblasts were activated and migrated into the graft. Thin and black reticular fibers were found. At day 10 post- grafting, reticular fibers were found in close association with surrounding tissue of the blood vessles. During 2 - 3 weeks post operation, collagenous fibers were formed from border to center of the graft. After 6 weeks, the graft was mostly replaced by newly formed collagenous fibers, along with which elastic fibers were detected. However, in the control group, the three fibers appear on the border of the graft, slowly and sparsely. Conclusion Histological observation shows that HHK may induce dermal regeneration and provides an approach to repair skin defect in rats.
