椎管次全环状减压术解除椎管前方压迫的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨椎管次全环状减压术对解除椎管前方直接压迫的疗效。方法对胸腰椎骨折椎管前压迫的患者28例行椎管次全环状减压术,术后X线片、CT评估手术效果;对其中19例进行了随访,行Frankel功能评分。结果术后复查X线片及CT,提示椎管减压彻底,压缩椎体复高满意。术前不全瘫患者,术后随访期间按Frankel评分有1-3级恢复。结论椎管次全环状减压术是一种安全的减压彻底的手术方式。Objective To approach the effect of the semicircular decompression therapy on the patient with compression of vertebral canal.Method The semicircular decompression therapy were applied to the patients with the compression of vertebral canal from front. The effects of the operations were evaluated afterwards by the means of radiograph and CT.There were total 28 patients, and 19 cases among them were followed up.Frankel methods was used to evaluate the functional restoration. Result It shows tliat the decompression of vertebral canal was complete and the height of the vertebra renewed. For those who were not paralytic completely, the functional restoration was 1 - 3 grade by Frankel methods.Conclusion The semicircular decompression therapy for the frontal compression of vertebral canal is a therapy,safe and complete.
