摘　　要：日本的金融危机,反映了日本的金融和经济体制已经严重偏离了市场经济的轨道。改革日本金融体制,已成为恢复经济增长的重要内容。从桥本开始,历届日本政府都制定了金融改革方案,但由于总体经济形势恶化,再加上认识的迟缓以及操作中的失误,日本金融状况迟迟未见好转。对于现在的小泉内阁来说,在尽快恢复景气与推进结构改革之间作出恰当的抉择极为重要。The Japanese financial crisis shows that its financial and economic system has deviated from the requirement of market economy.Therefore,the financial reform becomes crucial for the redevelopment of Japanese eonomy. Although from Hashimoto.each Japanese government has its financial reform plan,due to the worsening maro-economic situation and planning and operational errors,they did slow down the Japanese finance.So for Koizumi Cabinet.it is very important to make a proper choice between resuming economy and deepening structural reform.
