反相高效液相色谱法测定龙血竭胶囊中紫檀芯氐的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法 (RP HPLC)法测定龙血竭胶囊中紫檀芯氐 的含量。方法 :以C18反相键合硅胶为固定相 ,乙腈 1%冰醋酸 (41∶5 9)为流动相 ,检测波长为 30 5nm ,用外标法定量。结果 :紫檀芯氐 在 5 .2～ 6 2 .4ng范围有良好线性关系 ,r =0 .9993 ,方法回收率为 97.49% ,RSD为 2 .46 %。结论 :本方法是测定龙血竭胶囊中紫檀芯氐 含量的可靠、简便的定量方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of pterostilbene in Longxuejie capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column of phenomenex C 18 was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid(41∶59) and the flow rate was 1.8 mL·min -1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm. External standard method was used.RESULTS The standard curve of pterostilbene was linear in the concentration range of 5.2～ 62.4 ng,r= 0.9993.The average recovery was 97.47%(RSD= 2.46%). CONCLUSIONS The HPLC method was simple and reliable for the determination of pterostilbene in Longxuejie capsules.
