再生障碍性贫血辨证与辨病治疗的机制

摘　　要：针对再生障碍性贫血的发病机制 ,以中医理论为指导 ,根据疾病“证”的不同阶段 ,采用补肾阴、补肾阳或补肾健脾兼以活血化瘀、清热解毒的治疗方法 ,将中医的辨证论治和西医再障的发病机制有机结合在一起 ,辨病与辨证相结合 ,治病与治证相互兼顾 ,以提高临床疗效。Based on theories of TCM and the pathogenesis of western medicine,aplastic anemia was treated with benefiting kidney-yin,benefiting kidney-yang,invigorating the kidney and spleen,promoting blood circulation to removing blood stasis and clearing away heat-toxin.It was pointed out that the integration of differential diagnosis of diseases and differentiation of symptoms and signs could improve curative effect.
