中药“消癃通闭”对大鼠前列腺上皮细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药“消癃通闭”对前列腺上皮细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 :将大鼠分为消癃通闭组、保列治组、去势组、空白组 ,采用免疫组化原位末端标记染色法 ,分别在实验后第 7d、14d、2 1d时 ,检测各组大鼠前列腺上皮细胞的凋亡百分率。结果 :消癃通闭组及保列治组在实验第 7d时 ,凋亡百分率达到高峰 ,分别为 9 2 7%、5 6 5 % ,第 14d时稍减少 ,第 2 1d时有所恢复 ,去势组在第 7d时凋亡即出现 ,到第 14d时凋亡百分率达到高峰 ,与其它组相比差异显著。 结论 :中药消癃通闭可在较短时间促进大鼠前列腺上皮细胞凋亡 ,为该药治疗前列腺增生提供了理论依据。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiao-Long-Tong-Bi(XLTB),a Chinese herbal medicine,on the apoptosis of prostatic epithelium Methods:Rats were divided into four groups,i.e..left intact,castrated,given XMTB or finateride .After 7,14,21 days the prostates were excised,and the prostate sections were stained immunohistochemically.The presence of apoptosis was detected in the epithelial cells.Results: XLTB and finasteride caused a peak of staining on day 7 in 9.27% and 5.65% of the group respectively,and in less on day 14,and a little bit more by day 21.Castration-induced staining appeared on day 7,and at peak on day 14,with significant differences as compared with other groups.Conclusion:It is proposed that XLTB may accelerate the apoptosis of epotheleial cells in rat prostatic tissue,thus providing a firm theoretic ground for the use of XLTB in the treatment of BPH.
