格华止对糖尿病患者高血压的干预作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨格华止对糖尿病患者高血压的干预作用。方法 选取34例糖尿病合并高血压患者 ,予格华止降糖治疗12周后 ,血糖稳定于正常水平 ,比较治疗前、后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2HPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、血压(SBP和DBP)及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)等指标。结果 治疗后FINS、SBP和DBP值下降(p<0.05) ,ISI值升高(p<0.05)。 结论格华止可改善糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗 ,降低血压 ,延缓糖尿病大血管病变的发生。Objective To explore the effect of glucophage intervention effect on hypertension in diabetics. Methods 34diabetics accomˉpanied hypertension were selected and treated with glucophage for12weeks.When the plasma glucose concentration was normal,following indexs were compared to each other before and after the treatment,including body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood sugar(PPBG),HbA1c,fasting insulin(FINS),blood press(SBP and DBP)and insulin sensitive index(ISI). Results The values of FINS,SBP and DBP were significantly reduced and the values of ISI were significantly rised after treatment as compared to those before treatment(p<0.05). Conclusions Glucophage could improve insulin resistance in diabetics,depress blood pressure and defer the occurrence and development of diabetic angiopathy.
