中药泽泻不同部位提取物对草酸钙结晶形成影响的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药泽泻在体外对草酸钙结晶形成的影响 ,并初步确定其抑制草酸钙结石形成的有效部位。方法 :应用种晶技术检测泽泻不同部位的提取物在体外对一水草酸钙晶体生长指数 (G)的影响。结果 :泽泻乙酸乙酯浸膏高、低剂量组的草酸钙晶体生长指数从 32 .37%分别降至 3.86 %、10 .0 1%。结论 :中药泽泻乙酸乙酯提取物能明显抑制草酸钙晶体的生长 ,是泽泻抑制草酸钙结石形成的有效部位 。Purpose:To study the effect of different extracts of Alisma Orientalis on calcium oxalate crystal formation in vitro and to identify the effective constituents. Methods:We detected the growth index (G) of calcium oxalate crystal by a seeded crystallization technique. Results:Both the high and low dose of EtOAc extract can reduce the growth index of crystallization from 32.37 % to 3.86 %, 10.01 % respectively.Conclusions:The EtOAc extract of Alisma Orientalis seems to inhibit significantly calcium oxalate crystal formation in vitro and be the effective constituent of Alisma Orientalis.
