摘　　要：高考的统一性,也是一个发展的过程。高考改革的原动力应该是对高考公平与效率的永恒追求。高考发展至统一的样式,有其深厚的历史根源,也有切实的理论和实践依据,是一种适合我国国情的制度,在很长的一段时间内,将具有顽强的生命力。The unification of National College Entrance Examinations is a process of development. The impetus of reforming the National College Entrance Examination is due to the everlasting pursuit of equity and efficiency. The unification of National College Entrance Examinations was rooted not only in historical factors, but also rooted in theoretical and practical grounds. It is a system which suits well with the current situations in China, so it will remain to be quite vital for a very long period.
