摘　　要：陶瓷材料热膨胀系数低、质轻、摩擦因数小、绝热好,并具有高强度,近年来陶瓷材料的发展表明其特别适用于汽车及摩托车发动机的零部件上。陶瓷层的形成方法主要有等离子喷涂、离子镀膜、陶瓷钎焊及陶瓷镶嵌法。Ceramic material features low coefficient of thermal expansion,low weight,low factor of friction,good thermal insulation property and high strength.The recent development of ceramic materials shows that it is applicable to parts for automobile and motorcycle engine.The forming of ceramic layer includes plasma spray coating,ion plating film(PCVD),ceramic braze welding and ceramic insertion.
