洋山深水港建设的投融资体制研究

摘　　要：通过对现行港口建设投融资体制的研究与思考 ,结合沿海港口基础设施的功能分类和项目设施的投资效益分析 ,提出了社会资本项目单元产权制的港口资产管理模式 ,并对洋山深水港建设的投融资管理运行机制做了进一步的研究与探索。Together with the functional clasification and (cost and) benefit analysis upon the investment of installation project of the coastal port infrastructure, and through the study and consideration on the existing investing and financing system of the port construction, this thesis proposes the port assets managerial mode of the social investing project unit property right system. Moreover, it makes further research and investigation upon the operational mechanism of the Yang Shan deep water port construction.
