摘　　要：建立了卷烟烟气总粒相物中游离烟碱含量的气相色谱测定方法.此方法以茴香脑为内标,HP INNOWAX(30m×0.25mmI.d×0.25μm)色谱柱,FID检测器.线性范围为6.56～22.96μg/mL,r等于0.99945;平均回收率为95.42%.A sensitive and precise method for determination the content of free nicotine in total particulate matter of cigarettesmoke by gas chromatographic means was established. The anethole is used as internal standard, the capillary column is a HPINNOWAX(30 m×0.25 mm I.d×0.25 μm) and the detector is FID. A good linearity was obtained from 6.56 μg/mL to 22.96 μg/mL(r=0.999 45). The average recovery was 95.42 %.
