摘  要:研究了La2CaB10O19∶Eu3+红色发光材料的高分辨发射光谱和UV VUV激发光谱。根据发射光谱和荧光寿命,认为进入晶格的Eu3+占据了两种格位,一种Eu3+占据了与O2-离子十配位的La3+的格位,另一种Eu3+则占据了与O2-离子八配位的Ca2+的格位。又从激发光谱的分析中,得到Eu3+的电荷迁移带(CTB)是峰值位于244nm的宽带,而位于130~170nm之间的成份复杂的宽带包括硼酸盐基质的吸收带和Eu3+的f d跃迁的结论。Excitation and emission spectra of new borate La2CaB10O19 doped Eu3+ in VUVVIS range, high resolution emission spectrum of the compound and lifetime of Eu3+ were investigated. The most intense emission is peaking at 616 nm attributed to the 5D07F2 transition of Eu3+. The broad band at about 244 nm is originated from charge transition band(CTB) of O2-→Eu3+. According to the numbers of spectral lines 5D07F0 and 5D07F1 in high resolution spectrum, Eu3+ ions occupy two crystallographic sites, one is substituted for La3+ with coordination number ten and other is for Ca2+ with coordination number eight. The lifetimes of 5D07F0 transition of Eu3+ of two kinds of lattice sites were individually 2.1 and 2.6 ms, and both were exponential decay. In the VUV excitation spectrum, complicated band appeared between 130~170 nm. By comparing to the absorption position of other borates hosts in the literature and the excitation spectra of this host doped with different rare earth ions, it was estimated that the host absorption band is located in this range. By comparing with the position of the fd transition of Eu3+ in the literature and by computation using P. Dorenbos′s formula, it was estimated that fd transition of Eu3+ may also appear in this scope, so host absorption and fd transition of Eu3+ may be exist between 130~170 nm.
