摘 要:报道了掺铬高温相硼酸镧钪Cr3+:LaSc3(BO3)4(α CLSB)晶体的光谱特性。吸收光谱表明:CLSB晶体在可见光区有两个吸收带,吸收峰值分别位于457和654nm处,吸收系数均为19.07。室温荧光光谱则表现为一个源自于4T2→4A2能级跃迁的780~1120nm的宽带发射,其半峰宽为167nm,峰值为963nm。其荧光寿命为17μs。通过计算得出了铬离子所处的晶场强度Dq和拉卡参数B分别为1529和675cm-1,Dq B=2.26。研究结果表明:掺铬高温相硼酸镧钪有望成为一种新的可调谐激光晶体。The optical properties of Cr3+doped high temperature phase LaSc3(BO3)4 were reported. The dominant features of absorption spectrum are two broadbands with a peak at 457 nm due to the 4A2→4T1 transition and at 654 nm due to the 4A2→4T2 transition, both of which absorption coefficient are 19.07. The dominant feature of photoluminescence is only a broad band extending from 780 to 1120 nm with a peak at 963 nm and a full width half maximum 167 nm corresponding to the 4T2→4A2 transition. The lifetime of Cr3+:LSB was measured to be 17 μs. The measurements of optical spectra were used to estimate the crystal field strength Dq of 1529 cm-1 and the Racah parameter B of 675 cm-1, Dq/B=2.26. The potential of LaSc3(BO3)4 doped with Cr3+ ions as laser gain media was discussed.
