摘 要:在无分支配电线路无通道保护的基础上提出了有分支配电线路无通道保护。该保护利用故障发生和被保护线路一端断路器动作跳闸所造成的故障相和非故障相电流的变化 ,同时利用这个变化所具有的时间特性来判断故障是否发生和确定故障区间 ,从而实现线路两端的保护相继速动。理论分析和仿真研究结果表明 :所提出的保护具有快速性、经济性、自适应性等特点 。This paper presents a new scheme for non-communication protection of distribution systems with the tapped-load, which is based on the research pronounced before on the non-communication protection of the systems without the tapped-load. In distribution systems, the current value of the faulted phase will increase significantly after the fault occurs. And the current value of the healthy phase will chop suddenly after one breaker of the faulted line opens. Furthermore, the changes are related with the breaker operating time. Based on the phenomena, the algorithm is derived to accelerate the operation of the relays in succession immediately after one breaker of the protected line opens firstly. As a result, the fault is isolated rapidly. Theory analysis and simulation studies show that the new scheme has some advantages, such as high-speed operation, reliability, adaptability and so on. And it can be applied to deal with the asymmetry fault occurring in the systems.
